The Arrival of the Messenger ‎ﷺ in Madinah

A READING OF AL FUSUL - CHAPTERS FROM THE LIFE OF THE MESSENGER ‎ﷺ BY HAFITH IBN KATHIR

Course Description:

In this term, we continue our journey through Chapters From the Life of the Messenger ‎ﷺ by Hafith Ibn Kathir, tracing one of the most transformative episodes in the Seerah: The Arrival of the Messenger ‎ﷺ in Madianh.

This semester begins with the Prophet’s departure from Makkah, his perilous migration, and his divinely guided arrival in Al Madinah.

We will explore the strategic, spiritual, and social dimensions of this transition, including his initial establishment in the city, the construction of Masjid Quba, the construction of Masjid An Nabawi, and the profound act of brotherhood instituted between the Muhajirun and the Ansar.
