Course Description:

After completing three terms of the Seerah, we now enter a new and decisive phase.

The first term covered the lineage of the Prophet ﷺ, his early life, and his Prophethood.

The second focused on the early Makkan period.

The third examined the Hijrah of the Prophet ﷺ and his Companions.

now we enter the road to Badr.

This is one of the most pivotal times in the life of the Prophet ﷺ.

Even if you're new to the Seerah, or new to our Seerah, we are taking new enrolments, and if you do want the previous recordings, we do have those available so you can start off up to date also.

This course is offered both in person and online.

    The prescribed book for this course is Al Fusul, Chapters from the Life of the Messenger, by Ibn Kathir, rahimahullah.

    This text will serve as a foundational reference for the study of the Seerah during this term.

    A copy can be purchased from Darussalam.

    Students who wish to receive a certificate of completion must successfully complete the following:

    • Final Exam: Assess your grasp of the course material through a final exam (Pass Mark: 80%).

    • None Required – This course is open to all, regardless of prior knowledge.

    • To enrol in this course, students must be over 13 years old and have a good understanding of English.

  • Students must attend all classes.

    One absence is permitted, but multiple unexcused absences will result in expulsion from the course.

  • We will be offering this class live on Zoom.

    - Brothers and sisters will receive unique ID codes, which they must use as their Zoom ID to ensure complete anonymity.

    - Student microphones and cameras must remain turned off at all times.

    - Questions in the live chat will be strictly moderated, and any misconduct will result in expulsion.
